The executed work should have been successfully completed and handed over, duly inspected by a competent authority not below the rank of an Executive Engineer.
Completion certificates must clearly indicate the name and details of work with value, date of commencement, and date of completion.

Year-wise price breakup (as per Schedule-G) of the work from the date of commencement to the actual date of completion, duly signed by a competent authority not below the rank of an Executive Engineer, must be furnished to verify financial credentials.
The scope of work covers comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance of the complete Fire Fighting System, including routine inspections, testing, cleaning, lubrication, adjustments, and minor repairs.
All works shall be executed in accordance with applicable NBC, CPWD guidelines, local fire authority requirements, and OEM recommendations.
