• Annual financial turnover of not less than Rs. 15.84 Lakh (40% of estimated cost excluding GST) in any one year during the last 5 financial years, certified by a Chartered Accountant with UDIN.
• Must not have applied for/be undergoing Corporate Debt Restructuring (CDR)/Strategic Debt Restructuring (SDR) or facing recovery proceedings from Financial Institutions or sickness under BIFR in the last 3 financial years.

• The Bid Security (EMD) is Rs. 0.40 Lakh, payable online or via NSC/Post Office Savings Bank Account/Kisan Vikas Patra/Bank Guarantee/e-Bank Guarantee.
