• For Tube Well projects, bidders must submit a joint venture agreement with Rig owners/Contractors having ownership of a DTH/Mud rotary Rig, executed in the court of the First-Class Magistrate/Executive Magistrate.
• The ownership documents of the Rig owner, including RC Book, GST registration, PAN, Fitness certificate of Rig, Permit, Insurance, and Pollution Certificate, must be submitted.
• The contractor must supply all materials conforming to relevant latest editions of BIS/REC Construction standards or OLIC specifications.

• The period of completion for all projects is 90 days from the date of issue of the work order.
• The bids shall remain open for acceptance for a period of 365 days from the last date of receipt of bids.
• Not more than 7 packages shall ordinarily be awarded to a single contractor; the authority reserves the right to reject excess packages.
