APPOINTMENT OF THIRD PARTY INSPECTION AGENCY (TPIA) FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF MEGA LIFT PROJECTS IN CLUSTER No.XXXIV and XXXV

• Bidder headquarters / corporate office, located in India must be accredited in accordance with ISO/IEC 17020:2012 by NABCB and ISO 9001-2015 (certified by an Agency which is Accredited by an IAF Member Body).
• Accreditation scope of category should be at least IAF SCOPE 17, IAF SCOPE 18, IAF SCOPE 19 & 27 (all four together).
• Bidder shall have a countrywide network of at least 4 (four) inspection offices / branches located in Tier-1 & Tier-2 cities, of which at least one office/branch located in a Tier-1 city.

• The firm shall be a profit (net) making firm and shall have made profit in each of the last Five Financial Years.
• The Average Annual Financial Turnover of the bidding firm during the last Five years, ending on 31-03-2026, should be at least Rs. 2.64 Crore from consultancy business only.
• Bidder should have at least 10 years’ experience in carrying out TPI of materials and equipment related to industrial/pressurized irrigation/water supply/sewerage/on-shore & off-shore pipeline projects.

• Solvency Certificate for an amount not less than INR 1,00,00,000 from a Nationalized or Scheduled Bank issued not earlier than one year from the last date of submission of bid.
• The Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is Rs. 1,76,200 and must be paid through online mode along with the Techno Commercial Bid.
• TDS as applicable shall be deducted from payment to the TPIA.

• Bidder shall have at least 50 inspection engineers (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Civil) as per prescribed qualification under its payroll.
• TPIA shall engage sufficient and competent manpower from their own organization having expertise in inspection of materials, equipment relating to electro-mechanical system of pumping units, pressure mains, pipeline distribution system for field irrigation and in power sector for the power system connectivity of 33/6.6/0.415 kv for the pumping stations.
• The Chief TPI Consultant is required to present himself in all review meetings as and when scheduled by the Chief Engineer, Megalift with relevant information.

• The bid processing fee is Rs 10,000 (Non-Refundable) and must be paid through online mode along with the Techno Commercial Bid.
• Bids shall remain valid for 180 days from the due date of submission of the Bids.
• The time period for completion of the contract is 36 months from the date of Signing of contract.
