APPOINTMENT OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY(PMC) FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF MEGA LIFT PROJECTS IN CLUSTER No. XXXI and XXXV

• Bidder must be a Company registered under Indian Companies Act, 2013, or a Society registered under The Societies Registration Act, 1860, or a Trust registered under the Indian Trusts Act, 1882, or a Partnership Firm registered under the Indian Partnership Act, 1932, or a Limited Liability Partnership registered under The Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008.
• The bidder shall possess a valid ISO 9001:2015 certification covering Design and Project Management for the Water Sector.
• The bidder should possess the valid certificate of incorporation of consultancy.

• The bidder should possess average annual turnover in the form of consultancy fees of Rs. 8.35 Crore during the last five financial years (2021-22 to 2025-26) updated to financial year 2026-27.
• The bidder should have experience of satisfactory completion of Project Management Consultancy service for at least ONE Similar completed, commissioned, and operational work of pressurized Lift Irrigation Projects/piped water supply project with Power Connectivity and SCADA operative having project cost more than or equal to Rs. 300 Crores in single agreement work.
• Only State / Central Government / PSU projects of similar nature shall be considered.

• Only Indian subsidiary company's turnover shall be considered for qualification.
• The EMD is Rs. 5,56,000/- and must be paid online with the Technical Proposal.
• TDS as applicable shall be deducted from payments to the PMCs.

• PMC shall engage sufficient and competent manpower preferably from their own organization as per manpower requirement given in Section-V.
• PMC shall have one Central Office at Bhubaneswar adequately equipped with manpower, furniture, fixtures, vehicles & machines, headed by a Chief Project Consultant/Team Leader.
• PMC shall establish one office under each Cluster of Mega Lift Schemes headed by a Resident Engineer, adequately equipped with manpower, furniture, fixtures, vehicles & machines.

• The bid processing fee is Rs. 10,000/- (Non-Refundable) and must be paid online with the Technical Bid.
• Bids shall remain valid for 180 days from the due date of submission.
• The contract period is 36 months from the date of signing, including 34 months for procurement and construction and 2 months for stabilization.
