• The period of completion for all projects is 90 days from the date of issue of the work order.
• The bids will remain open for acceptance for a period of 365 days from the last date of receipt of bids.
• The contractor must furnish a guarantee for 18 months from the date of handing over the project, covering defects in materials and workmanship.
