• For Tube Well projects, bidders without a DTH/Mud rotary Rig must submit a registered joint venture agreement with Rig owners/contractors, executed in the court of First-Class Magistrate/Executive Magistrate.
• Bidders must have satisfactorily completed (not less than 80% of original contract value) as prime contractor at least one similar work of not less than 40% of the proposed contract value in the last 5 years.
• A weightage of 10% per year will be given to the cost of satisfactorily completed works of previous years to bring them to the current price level.

• Bid Security (EMD) is 1% of the estimated cost, to be deposited online.
• If a bidder withdraws or modifies their bid before the validity period, the EMD/ISD will be forfeited.

• The period of completion for all projects is 90 days from the date of issue of the work order.
• The bids will remain open for acceptance for a period of 365 days from the last date of receipt of bids.
• Not more than 7 packages shall ordinarily be awarded to a single contractor; the authority reserves the right to reject excess packages.
