• Bid Security (EMD) of 1% of the estimated cost must be deposited online.
• If a bidder withdraws or modifies their bid before the validity period, the EMD/ISD will be forfeited.

• For Tube Well projects, bidders/contractors who do not own a DTH/Mud Rotary Rig must submit a joint venture agreement with Rig owners/contractors having ownership, executed in the court of the First-Class Magistrate/Executive Magistrate.
• The ownership documents of the Rig owner, including RC Book, GST registration, PAN, Fitness certificate, Permit, Insurance, and Pollution Certificate, must be submitted.
• All construction works, including Pump Chamber, Fixed foundation, Distribution Tank, ARV Tank, Butterfly Valve Tank, Supporting Pillar, and pipe laying, must be executed as per enclosed specifications and Engineer-in-Charge's direction.

• The period of completion for all projects is 90 days from the date of issue of the work order.
• Bids will remain open for acceptance for a period of 365 days from the last date of receipt of bids.
• Not more than 7 packages shall ordinarily be awarded to a single contractor; the authority reserves the right to reject excess packages.
