• Contractors must have a valid Civil license of requisite class (B, C, or D as per package) and a valid HT License issued by ELBO, both valid for at least 1 month from the tender opening date.

• For River Lift Projects, Civil and Electrical contractors with appropriate class and experience can participate through a joint venture agreement.
• For Tube Well Projects, Rig owners/contractors with ownership of Mud Rotary Rig/DTH Rig and a minimum of 3 years' experience in successful drilling works can participate in a joint venture with appropriate class Civil and Electrical contractors.

• The work involves installation and energization of River Lift and Tube Well Lift Irrigation Projects, including supply of materials and labor.
• Contractors must erect HT, LT lines, commission Sub-Stations with all required materials, and hand over to TPSODL Electrical Division, Paralakhemundi after inspection by the Electrical Inspector.

• The period of completion for all projects is 90 days from the date of issue of the work order.
• Bids will remain open for acceptance for a period of 365 days from the last date of receipt of bids.
