• The EMD/Bid Security is Rs. 17.41 lakh, to be submitted online.
• Additional Performance Security (APS) will be calculated incrementally if the accepted bid price is lower than the Cost Put to Tender, ranging from 0% (for ROPL up to -10%) to a maximum of 5% + 0.5% for every percentage below -30% of the accepted bid price.
• The APS must be furnished within seven days of the issue of the Letter of Acceptance (LoA), otherwise the bid will be cancelled and the bidder debarred for 180 days.
