The work shall be executed as per final approved drawing to be issued by the Executive Engineer (Agril.), Ganjam Division, Berhampur.
Bidders are expected to inspect the site and locality of the work, and quarries, to satisfy themselves about material quality and availability.
Contractors are required to maintain a certain rate of progress specified in the contract, completing 1/4th, 1/2, and 3/4th of the work by 1/4th, 1/2, and 3/4th of the completion time, respectively.
The contractor shall submit a work programme at the time of execution of the Agreement.
The contractor shall supply samples of all materials for testing and acceptance as required by the concerned Executive Engineer.

Engineering personnel of the executing agency should be present at the work site during visits of high-level inspecting officers.
