• Bid Security (EMD) amount is specified against each work (e.g., 3320.00 for Project 1, 3566.00 for Project 2).
• Additional Performance Security is required if the bid amount is 10% less than the estimated cost.

• For composite tenders, Civil Contractors must submit an agreement with eligible Registered P.H. & Electrical Contractors having valid licenses, or possess registration in P.H. and Electrical works under the same name and style.
• The authorization letter for the legal person signing and entering into agreement must clearly indicate their responsibility for all contractual obligations for Civil, P.H., and Electrical items.
• Bidders must carefully study tentative drawings and specifications and inspect the site and locality of the work.
