Eligibility
9 items- The bidder should be a registered and licensed service provider agency.
- Bidders registered under other state government/ M.E.S/ Railways / C.P.W.D for similar purposes may participate, but successful bidders must register under the Odisha State Government before work award.
- The Registered Office / Branch Office of the Service Provider Agency must be located within the State of Odisha.

- The bidder must have its own Bank Account in any scheduled Bank situated in Odisha.
- The agency should not have been blacklisted by any Central / State government, or any other public sector undertaking or a corporation as of the RFP date.
- No police case must be pending against the Proprietor/Managing Director/Director/Persons to be deployed by the Service Provider Agency.
- A bidder or any of its constituent partners whose contract for any work has been rescinded or who has abandoned any work in the last three years with incomplete contracted work prior to the bid date shall be disqualified.
- Bidders from outside the State not registered under the GST Act 2017 in Odisha must submit an affidavit stating they have not started business in the State and have no liabilities under the Act, but the successful bidder must produce GSTIN Registration before signing the agreement.
- Joint Ventures are not acceptable.
