Maintenance of Water supply system to Khatiguda Colony, Guest Houses, Non-Residential building, Hospital and Office buildings, UIDC, Khatiguda for Six months.

• An EMD of Rs. 7,000/- is required, to be transferred through online payment mode.
• If any bidder withdraws his bid before the said period or makes any modification in the terms and condition of the bid, the E.M.D./Bid Security furnished shall stand forfeited.
• Additional Performance Security (APS) will be obtained from the bidder if the bid amount is less than the estimated cost, with specific percentages based on the difference.
• The APS shall be treated as part of the performance security and will be refunded immediately on successful completion of the work within seven (07) days of issuance of Completion Certificate/ Provisional Completion Certificate.
• APS must be furnished in shape of Term Deposit Receipt/ Bank guarantee from any Nationalized Bank, pledged in favour of The Executive Engineer, Podagada Dam Division, Khatiguda within seven days of issue of letter of acceptance (LoA).
• Failure to furnish APS will result in cancellation of the bid, forfeiture of EMD, and initiation of blacklisting proceedings.
• The successful bidder will have to submit EMD @2% & Security Deposit @ 3%, totaling 5% of the quoted/negotiated/contract value for the work before concluding the agreement.
• 1% (One Percent) of the gross bill of the bidder will be deducted towards labour cess over and above the usual deduction.
• GST as applicable (Presently TDS- 2%) on the gross amount of the bill will be deducted from the contractor’s bill while making payment, where agreement value exceeds rupees two lakh fifty thousand only.
• If the successful bidder withdraws the Bid during the validity period or fails to submit ISD or doesn’t turn up for agreement, he shall be debarred from participation in bidding for three years & action will be taken to black list the contractor.
