Eligibility
13 items- Bidders must be registered with the Government of Odisha / other State Government/ Government of India / Central Government undertakings.
- Bidders must have a valid HT license issued by ELBO.
- Bidders must possess a Truck mounted Rotary Rig /Combination Rig with Valid Registration on ownership basis.

- Alternatively, 'C/B' Class or equivalent contractors registered with State/Central Govt./MES/Railways/other Govt. undertakings can bid if they have a valid Joint Venture with an ELBO HT License Holder.
- Joint Ventures are limited to two parties only.
- All bidders must be registered in the state portal and possess a compatible digital signature certificate.
- The class of contractors must be as per details mentioned against each package ('C' / 'B' with HT License).
- If a Rig owner/electrical contractor makes a JV/Lease Agreement with more than one civil contractor for a single package, all related bids will be rejected.
- No criminal cases should be pending against the bidder and/or partners.
- No near relatives of the bidder should be working as Junior Engineer or above in Odisha Lift Irrigation Corporation Ltd., Kendujhar.
- Bidders with incomplete projects with OLIC prior to 2017-18 without satisfactory valid reason will be disqualified.
- Bidders who have failed to make payments to parties/labourers in previous OLIC works will not be considered.
- Government-owned companies are eligible only if legally and financially autonomous and operating under commercial law.
