Eligibility
12 items- Bidders must be registered with the Government of Odisha / other State Government/ Government of India / Central Government undertakings.
- Bidders must possess a valid HT license issued by ELBO.
- Alternatively, 'C/B' Class or equivalent contractors registered with State Govt. of Odisha or other State/Central Govt./MES/Railways/Govt. undertakings can form a Joint Venture (limited to two parties) with an ELBO HT License Holder.

- All bidders must be registered in the state portal and possess a compatible digital signature certificate.
- The Electrical contractor in a Joint Venture is fully responsible for electrification work.
- An Electrical license holder cannot make a joint venture with more than one Civil Contractor for the same package.
- A Rig owner (bearing the same Registration Number of Vehicle) and electrical contractors cannot make a Joint Venture/Lease Agreement with more than one civil contractor in a single package.
- No criminal cases should be pending against the Bidder and/or his/her partners.
- No near relatives of the bidder should be working as Junior Engineer or above in Odisha Lift Irrigation Corporation Ltd., Kendujhar.
- Bidders with incomplete projects with OLIC prior to 2017-18 without satisfactory valid reason will be disqualified.
- Bidders who have failed to make payments to parties/labourers in previous OLIC works will not be considered.
- Defaulter contractors whose performance is not satisfactory or who have not completed/grounded awarded projects without OLIC's fault will be disqualified.
