Bid shall remain open for acceptance for a period of ninety days from the last date of receipt of bids.
The lowest preferred bidder is required to produce original documents for verification within 5 days of opening of the tender (price bid).
Failure to produce original documents will result in debarment for 3 years and blacklisting.
If the L1 bidder does not turn up for agreement after finalization, they shall be debarred for three years and blacklisted.
