• For works valued up to Rs. 5.00 crores, no specific works experience or annual turnover criteria apply, except for clauses 14(a), (b), (c), (d), and 14(h).
• For works valued more than Rs. 5.00 crores, bidders must have executed similar nature of work worth 75% of the estimated cost in any three financial years of the last preceding five years (2021-22 to 2025-26), excluding the current financial year (2026-27).

• For works valued more than Rs. 5.00 crores, bidders must have a total financial turnover in Civil Engineering works not less than the estimated cost in any three financial years of the last preceding five financial years (2021-22 to 2025-26), excluding the current financial year (2026-27).
• Bid Capacity must be more than the Estimated cost of the work, calculated as (A*N*2-B).
• EMD is 1% of the estimated cost, to be remitted online; failure to do so will result in bid rejection.

• Bidders must possess specific machineries either owned or on hire/lease, including Hydraulic Excavator, Vibratory Roller, Self-loading Concrete Mixer with batch mix arrangement, Generator – 33 KVA, and additionally Crawler Crane for well foundation bridges or Piling Rig with Bentonite Pump for pile foundation bridges.
• Contractors executing several works must furnish a time schedule for movement of equipment/machinery from one site to the tendered work site.
• Ownership documents for machineries must be furnished, or certificates from Executive Engineer if deployed elsewhere, or long-term hire/lease agreements for the completion period plus 90 days.

• All bids will remain valid for 90 days after the deadline date for submission of bids.
• If the L1 bidder fails to turn up for agreement, they will be debarred for three years and blacklisted; L2 may be called if they negotiate at L1's rate.
