• Contractors registered with State Governments (as per Sl 7(a) of Contract Data), Joint Ventures, and Contractors of equivalent Grade/class registered with Central Government/MES/Railways are eligible.
• The intending tenderer(s) should not have abandoned any work of similar nature, nor should their contract have been rescinded during the last five years.
• The intending tenderer(s) should have a valid Registration Certificate of the required class as mentioned in Col-6 of the Table in NIT.

• For works value more than Rs 5.00 crores, the intending tenderer(s) should have executed similar nature of work worth 75% of the estimated cost put to tender during any three financial years taken together of the last preceding five years (2021-22 to 2025-26) excluding the current financial year 2026-27.

• The total financial turnover in respect of Civil Engineering works of an amount not less than the amount put to tender during any 3 financial years taken together of the last preceding five financial years (2021-22 to 2025-26) excluding the current financial year 2026-27.
• Applicant(s) must have an available bid capacity at the expected time of bidding that is more than the total estimated cost of the works.
• EMD is 1% of the estimated cost and must be remitted online; failure to do so will result in rejection of the bid.

• The contractor must furnish a certificate stating no relation to any officer in the rank of Assistant Engineer & above in the state R.D. Deptt. or Assistant/Under Secretary & above in the R.D. Department.
• The contractor must possess the specified machineries (Hydraulic Excavator, Vibratory Roller, Self-loading Concrete Mixer with batch mix arrangement, Generator – 33 KVA, Crawler Crane for well foundation, Piling Rig with Bentonite Pump for pile foundation) either owned or on hire/lease.
• Contractors executing several works must furnish a time schedule for movement of equipment/machinery from one site to the tendered work site.

• Bids will remain valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline date for submission.
• The work is to be completed in all respects within the time period specified in Sl.8 of the Contract Data.
• If the L1 bidder does not turn up for agreement, they will be debarred from participation in bidding for three years and blacklisted.
