• The bid security (EMD) is 1% of the estimated cost, in the form of a TDR, pledged in favor of the Executive Engineer (Agril.), Agriculture Engineering Division, Kendrapara, and payable at Kendrapada.
• Non-submission of bid security within the designated period shall debar the bidder from participating in online bidding and result in cancellation of portal registration.
• Additional Performance Security (APS) will be obtained from the selected bidder if the accepted bid price is lower than the Cost Put to Tender, calculated incrementally.
