Masonry (IS 1597), Brick masonry (IS 2212), Cement plastering (IS 9103/6925), Mortar (IS 2250), White and colour washing (IS 6278), CC in foundation (IS 2571), Anti-Termite Treatment (IS 6813 Part-I & II), Painting (IS 2395 Part-I & II), DPC (IS 3067), Tar felt treatment (IS 1346), Mosaic flooring (IS 2114), Steel painting (IS 1477 Part-I & II, IS 1661).

• The intended completion period is 18 (Eighteen) Calendar Months.
• The Bid validity period is 90 days.
• Abnormally low bids will be scrutinized by the Departmental Technical Committee, and the procuring entity may reject the bid if the bidder fails to demonstrate capability to perform at the offered price.
