The Department of Water Resources, Government of Odisha, is seeking a Third-Party Inspection Agency (TPIA) for the implementation of Mega Lift Projects in Cluster No. XXXVII (4 schemes, 5,950 Ha in Jajpur) and Cluster No. XXXVIII (3 schemes, 4,280 Ha in Keonjhar and Mayurbhanj). The TPIA will be responsible for quality assurance and control, including inspection of materials and equipment for pumping schemes, rising mains, distribution networks, and civil engineering items. The contract period is 36 months, with an EMD of Rs. 1,10,000 and a bid processing fee of Rs. 10,000.

This tender is for the execution of four Mega Lift Irrigation Schemes in Sonepur district, Odisha, covering a total Culturable Command Area of 6,710 Ha. The project is on an "EPC – Turn Key" basis, including power system connectivity and 15 years of Operation & Maintenance. The estimated value of the work is Rs. 193.14 Crore, with a completion period of 36 calendar months.

This tender is for the selection of an Irrigation Service Provider (ISP) to develop a Pressurized Piped Irrigation Network (PPIN) and provide irrigation services in MCAD Cluster-V, covering 2580 Ha in Nuapada District, Odisha. The project includes power system connectivity and five years of operation and maintenance. The estimated project cost is INR 107.47 Crore, with a stipulated completion period of 9 calendar months for development and 5 years for O&M.
