• Average Annual Financial Turnover during the last five years ending 31st March of the previous financial year should be at least 30% of the estimated cost for Civil Construction works only.

• Required Bid Capacity must be more than the Estimated cost of the work.
• The Bid Security (EMD) is Rs. 3,16,000.00, to be remitted online.
• Additional Performance Security (APS) will be obtained on an incremental basis if the accepted bid price is lower than the Cost Put to Tender, as per Works Department O.M. No. 17941 dt. 08.10.2026.

• Contractors must furnish evidence of ownership of principal machineries/equipments in Schedule-C as per Annexure-I and secure a minimum of 80% marks for evaluation of the Technical bid.
• Contractors executing several works must furnish a time schedule for movement of equipment/machinery from one site to the tendered work site.
• Ownership documents for machineries planned for deployment must be furnished, or a certificate from the Executive Engineer if deployed elsewhere, not more than 90 days old.
