The contractor shall supply at his own cost all materials (except those supplied by Engineer-in-Charge), Plant, tools, appliances, Implements, ladders, cordage, tackle scaffolding and temporary works.

If the L1 bidder does not turn up for agreement after finalization, they will be debarred from bidding for three years and blacklisted; the L2 bidder may be called if they negotiate at par with the L1 rate.
