Eligibility
8 items- Contractors of Class C & D registered with State Governments or equivalent Grade/Class registered with Central Government/MES/Railways for civil works.
- Bidders must have legal competency and expertise in Civil works, with documentary evidence.
- Tenderers must have a sound financial background capable of investing the required amount for advance procurement of materials.

- Contractors must not have had their contract rescinded or abandoned any work in the last five years prior to the bid date.
- Similar projects are defined as civil works such as Buildings, Boundary Walls, Bridge/Culverts only.
- For composite tenders, civil contractors must submit an agreement with eligible Registered P.H. & Electrical Contractors having valid licenses, unless the civil contractor has registration in PH and Electrical works under the same name.
- SC/ST Category Contractors are allowed a 10% price preference over general caste bidders.
- Bidders must possess a matching class compatible Digital Signature Certificate (DSC).
