• The bidder must have a minimum annual average turnover of Rs. 20.00 Lakhs in the last three consecutive financial years (FY 2023-24, FY 2024-25, FY 2025-26).
• The bidder must have positive net worth as of March 31, 2026.
• The Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is INR 2,00,000 (Two Lakhs Rupees Only), refundable, payable online on www.tendersodisha.gov.in.

• The Bid Document Fee is Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousands only) including GST, non-refundable, payable via Demand Draft.
• Proposals shall remain valid for a period of 120 days from the date of opening of the technical proposal.
