• No Engineer of gazetted rank or other gazetted officer employed in Engineering or Administrative duties in an Engineering Department of the Government of Odisha is allowed to work for a contractor for two years after retirement without prior government permission.
• Bidders must furnish evidence of ownership of principal machineries/equipments as asked for in the tender documents.
• If hiring/leasing equipment, proof of ownership from the provider or a lease deed with duration must be furnished.
