• The contractor must submit a detailed work schedule in the form of a Bar Chart along with the tender.
• The contractor should have sufficient manpower, financial background, and machinery/equipment for execution.
• The contractor must submit monthly progress reports in a computerized form, including project information, construction schedule, plant and machinery statement, manpower statement, financial statement, extra/substituted items, progress photographs, and quality assurance/control tests.

• The period of completion is 3 (Three) Calendar Months.
