The bid validity period is a minimum of 365 days from the date of bid opening.
Compensation for delay is 0.5% of the estimated cost for every day the work remains uncommenced or unfinished, up to a maximum of 10% of the estimated cost.

Failure to complete 1/4th, 1/2, and 3/4th of the work within 1/4th, 1/2, and 3/4th of the stipulated time will incur compensation of 0.33% of the estimated cost per day for the incomplete quantity.
