• The contractor should have a valid Civil license of "B" & "C" class registered with State RWSS/PHED/Irrigation/Minor Irrigations/RW/PWD, valid for at least 1 month from the tender opening date.
• The contractor should have a valid H.T. license issued by ELBO with Employees validity, valid for at least 1 month from the tender opening date.
• In case of only Civil or Electrical license, a registered joint venture agreement is required, with the Civil Contractor as the 1st party having more than 51% share and acting as the prime contractor.
