• Engineer contractors availing EMD exemption must submit an affidavit stating they have not availed the facility for more than two works during the current financial year and mention the works and authorities.
• The Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is ₹12,200 for General Contractors and ₹6,100 for SC/ST Contractors, payable online.
• Bidders desirous to hire machineries or equipment from outside the State or owned but deployed outside the state are required to transfer online 2% of the amount put to tender as Bid security.

• The bid shall remain valid for a period of 90 days from the last date of receipt of bid.
