• Each key personnel must meet specific educational qualifications and professional experience requirements, e.g., Team Leader requires a Civil Engineering degree (preferably Master's) and at least 25 years of experience in design of dams/barrages, construction supervision, and project/quality management.

• Period of Completion for the consultancy is 36 (Thirty-Six) Calendar Months.
• Proposals shall remain valid for a period of 120 (One hundred and twenty) days from the date of opening of the technical proposal.
