• Successfully completed and commissioned work(s) of similar nature valuing not less than Rs.139.20 Lakh (30% of estimated cost) in any one year during the last 5 years in any Govt. Sector / Public Sector Undertakings.
• At least one completed similar nature of work in the year under consideration must cover construction, testing, and commissioning of one Sewage Treatment Plant (STP)/Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP)/Septage Treatment Plant (SeTP).
• Annual financial turnover of not less than Rs.185.60 Lakh (40% of estimated cost) in any one year in Civil Construction Works during last 5 years, certified with valid UDIN No by a Chartered Accountant.

• Bid Security (EMD) is Rs.4.64 Lakh, to be remitted online or via BG.
• Initial Security Deposit (ISD) equal to 2% of the accepted value of the tender must be furnished within 7 days of receipt of intimation.
• Additional Performance Security (APS) will be required if the bid amount is less than the estimated cost, with specific incremental percentages based on the ROPL (Rounding Off of Percentage Less) of the accepted bid price.

• The period of completion for the work is 12 (Twelve) Calendar Months.
• The bid shall remain valid for a period of 120 (One Hundred Twenty) days from the date of opening of Price Bid.
• Compensation for delay is 1.5% per month of the tendered value of work, not exceeding 10% of the Tendered Value.
