Payment to the contractor shall be made on a "First & Final bill" basis after successful trial of the Project and handing over to the concerned Pani Panchayat/TPSODL, Electrical Division, Brahmapur.
Compensation for delay will be ½ percent on the estimated cost for every day the work remains uncompleted, not exceeding 10 percent of the estimated cost.
The contractor shall pay all royalty, entry tax, Municipality tax etc. on materials as per State Govt. Rule.
The contractor shall not sublet the work without the written approval of the Executive Engineer.

EMD @ 1% must be deposited by the Bidder in Online Mode through e_portal.
If any bidder withdraws their bid or modifies terms before the validity period, the EMD/ISD deposited shall be forfeited.
If the bidder backs out from the offer before acceptance, the EMD shall be forfeited.
The successful tenderer shall deposit 1% of the accepted tendered amount towards Initial Security Deposit (ISD) within 7 days from the date of issue of the letter of intent.
Additional Performance Security (APS) will be calculated on an incremental basis for low bid prices, as per OM No- 07764600022025-173/W Dated 03.01.2026 and OM No- 07764600022025-17941/W Dated 08.10.2026.
APS shall be refunded immediately on successful completion of the work within 7 days of issuance of Completion Certificate/Provisional Completion Certificate.
The security deposit amount will be considered for refund only after completion of the guarantee period (18 months) to the full satisfaction of the Executive Engineer.
GST, Income Tax, and 1% Labour Cess will be deducted from the contractor's bill.
