All materials to be used shall conform to relevant specifications as per the latest edition of Indian Standard.

Each received bid shall remain valid for a period of 120 days from the date of opening.
The successful bidder must produce original documents for verification within three days from the date of bid opening.
Conditional tenders will be summarily rejected.

The contractor shall indemnify Panchayat Samiti, Sabdega against all claims for injuries or damages to any person/property arising out of their negligence.
Unilateral stoppage of work without prior written permission will be considered a breach of contract.
The contract may be rescinded if the contractor fails to rectify defective work, suspends progress without due diligence, or fails to complete the work within the stipulated date.
In case of contract rescission, 20% of the value of the leftover work will be realized as a penalty, and the contractor may be debarred for at least 3 years and blacklisted.
The jurisdiction for legal disputes will be within the present jurisdiction of Panchayat Samiti, Sabdega, Odisha.
