• Further 3% (for 'C' class) or 5% (for 'B' class) will be deducted from bills towards performance security, refundable after 12 months of successful completion of work.

• The contractor must possess a Tractor (1 unit), Concrete Mixer (1 unit), Needle Vibrator (1 unit), Plate Vibrator (1 unit), Water tanker (1 unit), Rigid Centering and Shuttering Plates (minimum area 1500 Sft.), and Generator (1 unit).
• All machinery listed in Schedule-C are mandatory.
• Work must be completed as per relevant I.S specification / P.H specification / and up-to-date amendment.
