• An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of Rs. 10,800/- is required for each work.
• An initial security deposit will be intimated to the successful tenderer for due fulfillment of the contract.
• Further 3% (for 'C' class) or 5% (for 'B' class) will be deducted from bills towards performance security, refundable after 12 months of successful completion of work.

• The contractor must possess the following tools and plants in working order: 1 Tractor, 1 Concrete Mixer, 1 Needle Vibrator, 1 Plate Vibrator, 1 Water Tanker, Rigid Centering and Shuttering Plates (minimum area 1500 Sft.), and 1 Generator.
• Cement used must be 53 Grades OPC of I.E 455/1989.
• Steel reinforcement used must be HYSD (Fe-500).

• The period of completion for each work is 3 months.
