• Minimum annual turnover in any last five financial years of Civil construction works (updated to base Year i.e. 2023-24) shall not be less than the estimated cost put to tender (excluding GST).

• Bid Security (EMD) is Rs. 17,531.00/- (online).
• The EMD furnished online by the L-1 bidder will be refunded after furnishing the required Performance Security and Additional Performance Security (if any) and signing the agreement.

• No Engineer of gazetted rank or other gazetted officer employed in an Engineering Department of Govt. of Odisha/IDCO is allowed to work for the contractor for two years after retirement without prior permission.
• The work is to be completed in all respects within 4 calendar months from the date of issue of the work order.
