The Bidder shall be a sole Bidder (Company/Society/Trust) and a legal entity registered under Companies Act, Societies Registration Act, Trust Act, or equivalent law, or a Government Enterprise. | The bidder should have successfully completed at least one project for a period not less than 5 years in continuation, maintaining Biomedical Equipment in hospitals through BEMP awarded directly by any State Government/Government Medical Corporation/NHM/PSU in India, with an average annual inventory asset value of at least Rs 700 Cr during the last seven years. | Alternatively, the bidder should have successfully completed at least two projects for a period not less than 3 years in continuation, maintaining Biomedical Equipment in hospitals through BEMP awarded directly by any State Government/Government Medical Corporation/NHM/PSU in India, with an average annual inventory asset value of at least Rs 350 Cr in each project during the last seven years. | The Bidder/Service Provider should have at least 5 years of experience with a Web Based Live Dashboard with Centralized Automatic Service Call Centre. | The Bidder/Service Provider must have a minimum of 100 experienced Service Engineers (BE/B. Tech) and 200 Technicians (Diploma/ITI) on their payroll for previous/running BEMP projects. | The bidder should have an average annual turnover of Rs. 35 Crores for the last three financial years (2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25 OR 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26) certified by a Chartered Accountant. | Bidders blacklisted/debarred by any government department/organization or whose maintenance contract was terminated due to unsatisfactory performance are not eligible. | The Bidder/Service Provider must have valid ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016 accreditation from NABCB, and in-house NABL and AERB-QA accreditation/MoU with any NABL and AERB-QA Lab. | The Bidder must have executed Preventive Maintenance, Calibration, and Training to end users at least more than 98% in their previous or continuing BEMP. | The Bidder must have maintained at least more than 98% uptime in their previous or continuing BEMP.
