Contractors must be registered with State Governments or equivalent Grade/Class registered with Central Government/MES/Railways/CPWD for civil works. | If not registered with the Government of Odisha, successful bidders must register with the appropriate registering authority of the State Government before award of work. | Bidders must not be associated, directly or indirectly, with the Consultant or any other entity that prepared the design, specifications, or documents for the project. | Bidders must not have a relative employed as an Officer in the rank of Assistant Engineer/Under Secretary and above in the State Government of Odisha in the concerned Department or Deputy Manager & above in OSPHWC, Bhubaneswar, without prior disclosure. | Bids from Joint ventures are not acceptable. | Bidders must have executed 3 similar nature of building works with Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) components, each costing not less than or equal to 40% of the bid value, in the last 5 years. | Alternatively, bidders must have executed 2 similar nature of building works with MEP components, each costing not less than or equal to 50% of the bid value, in the last 5 years. | Alternatively, bidders must have executed 1 similar nature of building work with MEP components, costing not less than or equal to 80% of the bid value, in the last 5 years. | Annual turnover in any of the preceding 5 years should be equal to the bid amount after due indexing. | The bidder must possess compatible Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) of Class-II or Class-III. | Contractors must be A Class & Special Class.
