Contractor must be a “B” Class contractor only. | Contractors registered with Odisha State Government or equivalent grade/class registered with Central Government/ any other State Government/ MES/Railways are eligible. | Contractors registered elsewhere but not with Government of Odisha must register with the appropriate authority before work award/agreement signing. | Bidders must possess an up-to-date compatible Digital Signature Certificate. | Bidders must have successfully completed similar type of work(s) in any one year during the last 7 years, meeting one of the following: three completed works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, or two completed works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, or one completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. | Similar work must cover Construction (not maintenance) of Building work(s) such as School/ Hostel/ Hospital/ Office Buildings/ Residential buildings/ Cyclone Shelters/ Institutional Buildings etc., executed for State Government / Central Government / PSUs/ ULBs/ Municipal Corporation. | Average Annual Financial Turnover must be not less than 30% of the estimated cost during the last 3 financial years (FY 2023-24, 2024-25, and FY 2025-26), certified by a registered Chartered Accountant. | Bidders who have applied for/are undergoing Corporate Debt Restructuring (CDR)/Strategic Debt Restructuring (SDR) or facing recovery proceedings from Financial Institutions or declared 'Sick' in the last three financial years are not eligible. | Bidders must not be currently deprived from tendering in any Govt. Organisation of Odisha/ India. | Bidders must not have any criminal cases pending or be blacklisted.
