Bids shall remain valid for 180 days from the due date of submission.
The contract period is 36 months from the date of signing, including 34 months for procurement and construction and 2 months for stabilization.
PMC is required to establish their site Offices within one month of the issue of the Letter of Award (LOA).
The successful Bidder shall furnish a Contract Performance Bank Guarantee @10% of the Contract Price, valid for 39 months (36 months contract period plus 3 months), within 30 days of receiving the LOA.
Failure to submit the Contract Performance Bank Guarantee or sign the Contract will lead to annulment of the award.
The Contract Price shall be FIRM and fixed during the tenure of the Contract.

The PMC shall provide a detailed exit plan within five calendar days of termination notice receipt.
The PMC shall submit a Project Co-Ordination Procedure Manual within 15 days from the effective date of contract.
The PMC shall install MS Project Software within one month of the effective date.
The PMC shall submit an Initial field Survey Report (LI Scheme wise) to the OWNER within 7 days of obtaining it from the works contractor (within 30 days from work order issue).
The PMC shall review the EPC Contract conditions and specifications with reference to actual site conditions and submit a report within 45 days of the work order date.
The PMC shall submit a Work Breakdown Structure and Project Execution Plan within 15 days from the date of approval of BOQ deviations by OWNER.
The PMC shall prepare a comprehensive M&E Procedures Manual for OWNER Approval within one month from the effective date.
Weekly physical progress reports, procurement/inventory status, and vendor progress reports are required.
Monthly project financial reports/outstanding payment status, planning kick-off meetings, risk/change management plans, list of disputes and dispute resolution plans, and manpower attendance are required.
Quarterly project forecast of cost and schedule, and project cash flow forecast for the next three quarters are required.
Completion Cost package-wise after acceptance of the package with all documents is required within 15 days from acceptance.
A Post Project Review Plan is required within one month from the acceptance of the Package.
Invoice verification and certification from contractors are required on a monthly basis.
A monthly Site Visit Plan must be submitted before the commencement of the month of visit.
