The contractor must install and maintain Vehicle Location Tracking Device (VLTD) in vehicles at their own cost, procured and installed according to STA norms.
The contractor must provide day-to-day transport operation information on the Corporation's website using computer, internet connectivity, and trained personnel.
The contractor must obtain a license from the Licensing Authority as per the Odisha Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016 immediately after agreement execution.
