• Contractors must have a valid Civil license of requisite class ("B", "C", or "D" as per tender) registered with State RWSS/PHED/Irrigation/Minor Irrigations/RW/PWD.
• Contractors must have a valid H.T. License issued by ELBO.
• The validity of both Civil and HT Licenses must be for a period of at least 1 month from the date of tender opening.

• For Tube Well projects, bidders/contractors who do not own a DTH/Mud rotary Rig must submit a joint venture agreement with Rig owners/Contractors having ownership, executed in the court of the First-Class Magistrate/Executive Magistrate.
• Bidders must provide experience certificates/supporting documents for similar nature of work.
• Bidders must have satisfactorily completed (not less than 80% of the original contract value) as prime contractor at least one similar work of not less than 40% of the proposed contract value at the FY of invitation of tender price level in the last 5 years.

• EMD @ 1% must be deposited by the bidder in Online Mode through e_portal.
• If a bidder withdraws or modifies their bid before the validity period, the EMD/ISD deposited shall be forfeited.
• The successful tenderer shall deposit 1% of the accepted tendered amount towards Initial Security Deposit (ISD) within 7 days from the date of issue of the letter of intent.

• All construction works (Pump Chamber, Fixed foundation, Distribution Tank, ARV Tank, Butterfly Valve Tank, Supporting Pillar, laying of pipes) are to be executed as per enclosed specifications (Annexure-II) and Engineer-in-Charge's direction.
• Materials to be supplied must conform to specifications in Annexure-III for Civil works, and purchase bills must be submitted.
• HDPE pipes must conform to IS-4985/2000 of BIS-Amendment-2, bearing ISI Mark, with specific working pressures and dimensions, and require pre-delivery and post-delivery test reports by CIPET, Odisha.

• The period of completion is 90 days for all projects from the date of issue of the work order.
• The bid will remain open for acceptance for a period of 365 days from the last date of receipt of bids.
• The successful lowest bidder must submit the originals of all scanned documents within 5 days from the date of opening of the Bid for verification.
