7. Construction of integrated Math with Science Lab at Harmohan High School, Baijanga of Jagatsinghpur Block

• Must be a 'D' & 'C' Class Contractor registered with the State Govt. of Odisha or equivalent grade/class registered with other State Govt./Central Govt./M.E.S./Railways or other Govt. undertakings.
• Bidders must have necessary portal enrolment with their own digital signature certificate (Class-II and III).
• Registered bidders outside of Odisha State must undergo registration with the appropriate authority of the State Govt. within one month of bid acceptance.

• Engineer contractors availing EMD exemption must submit an affidavit stating they have not availed the facility for more than two works in the current financial year.
• SC/ST Category Contractors can avail 10% price preference and half the usual Security Deposit rates if registered up to 'B' Class.
• Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is approximately 1% of the tender amount, to be paid online.

• The work must be completed in all respects within 06 (six) calendar months from the date of issue of the work order.
• Engineer contractors must execute the work under their direct supervision and are not allowed to use a Power of Attorney Holder.
• A class contractors must employ one Graduate Engineer or two Diploma Holders from Odisha, paying them emoluments not less than State Govt. personnel of equivalent qualification.
