Open to all bidders registered with the Govt of Odisha or other state Govt / Govt of India/MES/railways for execution of civil works in general and piped water supply project in particular. | Bidder must be a Registered Contractor of 'B' class of Odisha State PWD or equivalent class of CPWD / Railway / MES / Central or other State Govt. | Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices. | No criminal cases should be pending against the Contractor (him/her/partners) at the time of submitting the tender. | Contractor must furnish a declaration that no near relatives are working in the cadre of an Assistant Engineer/ Assistant Superintending Engineer and above in Rural Water Supply & Sanitation (RWS&S) of State of Odisha. | Bidder should have successfully completed similar works or any Civil Engineering Works in any one financial year during last five financial years (2021-22 to 2025-26) of value not less than Rs. 24.73 lakhs (30% of estimated value). | Annual turnover from all classes of Engineering work contracts of not less than Rs. 32.98 lakhs (40% of estimated cost) in any one financial year during last 5 financial years (2021-22 to 2025-26). | Joint ventures/associations in firms are not acceptable. | The bidder must have mentioned their email ID, Address and Registered Mobile Number (RMN). | The bidder must have liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities equivalent to the estimated cash flow for three months in peak construction period. | Subcontractor’s experience and resources shall not be taken into account in determining the bidder’s compliance with the qualifying criteria. | For works above Rs. 3.00 Crores, the Assessed Available Bid Capacity must be more than the total bid value, calculated as (A x N x 2 - B). | A bidder can only participate for projects of value equal to or less than 3 times of its bid capacity out of number of projects in a particular Notice Inviting Bid.
