Bidder must be a Company registered under Indian Companies Act, 1956/2013 or a Partnership Firm or a Limited Liability Partnership. | Bidder should have been in business of Services for supply and installations of bio toilets/mobile toilets/public sanitation units for more than 3 years from the proposal due date. | Bidder should have executed at least two similar works of sanitation facility management at large public gatherings/events/fairs/festivals/government projects in the last 5 years, each with a project cost of minimum INR 15.00 Lakhs. | Out of the two similar works, one event amounting to Rs.10 Lakhs should have been executed in the last one year preceding the proposal due date. | Bidder should have an annual average turnover of Rs. 50 Lakhs in preceding 3 financial years ending 31.03.2026. | Bidder should have an office in Odisha. | Bidder should not be blacklisted by any Govt. agency / Government Institution as on due date of submission of proposal. | Consortium / JV is not allowed.
