Department. | Tenderer must upload a valid Registration Certificate of the required class. | Tenderer must upload PAN card and up to date GSTIN. | Civil Contractors must upload a scanned copy of a notarized agreement with a registered Electrical Contractor, including their valid license, GSTIN, and PAN. | For works value up to Rs.5.00 crores, no qualifying criteria except clauses 1(a), (b), (c), (d) & (e) apply. | For works value more than Rs.5.00 crores, tenderers should have executed works (Buildings/Bridges/Major Irrigation Structures) worth 50% of the estimated cost put to tender during any 3 financial years of the last preceding 8 years. | The total financial turnover in respect of Civil Engineering works must be not less than the amount put to tender during any 3 financial years of the last preceding five financial years (excluding GST). | Applicant's available bid capacity must be more than the total estimated cost of the works. | Joint Ventures are allowed for works value exceeding Rs 10.00 crore, with not more than three constituents, and the lead partner must be a registered Contractor of appropriate class of the State.
