Eligibility
7 items- Participation is restricted exclusively to Applicants shortlisted by OB&CC pursuant to EOI Identification No. 56/Tender/OBCC/2025-26.
- The constitution, Lead Member, and members of a Consortium/JV on the basis of which the Applicant was shortlisted under the EOI shall remain unchanged, except for the addition of a specialist member for Construction Monitoring and Supervision Services.
- Bidders must furnish a declaration confirming no material adverse change since EOI submission affecting eligibility, legal status, financial standing, technical capability, or ability to perform the Assignment.

- Bidders must disclose any actual or potential Conflict of Interest.
- Bidders shall have successfully completed or substantially completed at least two (2) Construction Supervision or Project Management Consultancy assignments for comparable convention, exhibition, hospitality, institutional, commercial, or other major building/infrastructure projects, each having a minimum project cost of ₹400 crore.
- For JV/Consortiums, the Lead Member must have at least 51% participation, and JV/Consortium partner(s) must have at least 15% participation.
- The proposed Specialist Supervision Sub-Consultant or Additional Supervision Member must have successfully completed or substantially completed at least two Construction Supervision/PMC assignments for comparable projects, each with a minimum project cost of ₹400 crore.
