Eligibility
8 items- Participation is restricted exclusively to Applicants shortlisted by OB&CC pursuant to EOI Identification No. 40/Tender/OBCC/2025-26.
- Each Shortlisted Bidder must submit documentary evidence of its shortlisting.
- The constitution, Lead Member, and members of a Consortium/JV from the EOI stage shall remain unchanged, except a two-member shortlisted JV may admit one third member solely for supervision, or a sole shortlisted entity may use a supervision Sub-Consultant.

- The Bidder shall furnish a declaration confirming no material adverse change since the EOI submission affecting its eligibility, legal status, financial standing, technical capability, or ability to perform the Assignment.
- The Bidder shall have successfully completed or substantially completed at least two Construction Supervision or Project Management Consultancy assignments for heritage, tourism, institutional, public-building or comparable building-infrastructure projects, each involving works with a project cost of at least ₹400 crore.
- For a Consortium/JV, the Lead Member must have at least 51% participation, and other JV/C partners must have at least 15% participation.
- JV/C and its partners must jointly meet the qualification/evaluation criteria as prescribed in Technical Evaluation (1st Stage) in Clause 9 of Section:2.
- The Specialist Supervision Sub-Consultant / Additional Supervision Member must have successfully completed, or substantially completed, at least two Construction Supervision / Project Management Consultancy assignments involving heritage, tourism, institutional, public-building or comparable building-infrastructure projects, each having a minimum project cost of INR 400 Crore.
